Tal is well known in Indian County with specialties in tribal governance, organizational development, health care operations, gaming, and leadership training and development. He is President of the National Native American Human Resources Association. Tal holds a BS from University of Central Missouri, MA from Webster University, and working on an ED from Grand Canyon University.
